My employées wouldn’t be stressed

We’d all have fun together on Friday

I’d decrease the pressure and be cool
I’d let them set their own rules
As long as they work well, then get paid

I’d organize some outtings thrice
And grant some snack twice (a day)
Then we’d go all together on holidays

But I’m not the boss,
So I can’t be a pain in one’s ass
I just can show them I can bear
I can do it, but I swear
